and Chas. Coware. Isaac Hays (a brother)-
Jno P. Hays- Thos. Prather, George
Scott & family. Dr Ostrander & family: Frank
Yantis and family, Lapelry Yantis & family.
Mr & Mrs Hillory Butler, and Geo. Fry.
The pioneer was the oldest in her
father's family of seven children. The
six sons were named Samuel, Henry, John,
Robert, James & Charles. The latter two
were well known on Puget Sound. James
Hays a U.S. Mail Agent bet Seattle
and Port Townsend for 35 years. Chas.
Hays who passed on two weeks later
than his sister, Mrs. Parker, was
a distinguished Juror and citizen of
Idaho. Mrs. Parker's family were related
to the Marshalls and Logans of Virginia.
